Shipping & Delivery

Products ordered through website for delivery within India are shipped through our air courier partner if the delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service to the desired location, the products are shipped to your nearest courier hub. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Shipping costs are determined by weight of your order and your location. If you are purchasing more than one item you will find that the shipping cost is much lower per item shipped.

Returns & Replacements

Returns: No returns accepted without authorization of My Aroma World Trade Sales & Service Department. Merchandise must be received in good condition. No cash refunds for returned merchandise – credit only.

Claims: All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise purchased for future use must be checked upon receipt. Failure to make a claim within the stated time constitutes acceptance of the goods as is.

Damages: Customer shall be responsible to file claims with any carrier for damage occurring during transportation. Courier Company representative shall note the damages upon delivery. For common courier shipments only, save original carton(s) and contents for possible inspection; call the courier company to report the damages and receive claim instructions. For all shipments, notify My Aroma World Trade Sales and Service Department immediately of any damages.
Ordering

• We offer outstanding service, price, and a great selection because we sell almost exclusively.
• Our Online Catalog offers discounted price to our customers, who buy in volume. As such, we have a policy for the minimum order size:
• Minimum opening order – Rs. 500.
• We reserve the right to increase or decrease quantities to meet our minimum pack size requirements.
• We reserve the right to cancel any orders or back orders without any notification.

We encourage you to support our policies so that we can continue to offer a wide selection at great prices.

Cancellation & Changes : Orders which have been accepted by My Aroma World Trade are not subject to cancellation or changes, except with our written consent. My Aroma World Trade may require as a condition of such consent, reimbursement for any costs incurred in performance of the original order or additional costs due to changes.

Check Order Status

It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your My Aroma World Trade ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. Order status messages
(commonly used order statuses include):

• Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order
• Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We’ll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
• Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping through our courier partner. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.

Track Shipments

As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in to online My Orders. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments emails and tracking numbers. Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available.
